Often confused with storm windows, an Energy Panel is technically a glazing option. It is a removable, exterior glass panel finished on the edges by a surround. Energy panels cover the exposed glass surface of each sash, and offer added energy efficiency for wood windows with single glazing. |

Installation Accessories
The Ultimate Insert Double Hung comes with installation hardware consisting of:
- Two 5/16" -- #10 x 2 1/2" jamb jack screws
- Four #7 x 2" Phillips panhead installation screws
- Four wood flat head plugs (for use with wood units)
- Two wood flat head plugs (interior) and two color-matched plugs (exterior) (for use with clad-wood units)

Trim Kit
An optional, trim kit is available for Wood Ultimate Insert Double Hung windows. The kit contains wood pieces that can be used to replace or augment wood components for a finished look. It includes:
- Head Jamb Trim
- Side Jamb Trim
- Sill Trim

Panning Systems, Frame Extenders, Frame Expanders, Mullion Covers and Color-matched Coil Stock
These exterior accessories aid in remodeling and replacement installations when existing conditions around the perimeter of the window or door need to be covered. For use with Marvin clad-wood products.
